FantasyDope.com was created in 2006 to fill an obvious gap in the Fantasy Sports world - getting good in depth information for your fantasy team so that you can win your league. Here's how:
Users Vote.
The registered users at FantasyDope.com vote on what stories are important. We aren't limited to one or to web editors, our registered users - the ones who actually play fantasy sports - are the ones that decide what news stories are important, and which ones aren't.
Users Submit.
Users submit stories from sources such as local newspapers and blogs. Other users can click on these links to be taken directly to the story to get the whole scoop. By having our users submit stories, we catch a lot more important sports stories than one or two editors at a league management service.

Instead of providing bite sized information to try to comprehend, FantasyDope.com links to the underlying story for a news item. This gives the reader the full picture of what is going on, rather than just a small piece of information.
